How much does Tenrat cost?
We offer flexible pricing: $100/month (monthly), $70/month (3-month plan), $60/month (6-month plan), or $50/month (annual plan). All plans include unlimited tenant screenings with no setup fees.
Can multiple agents share one account?
Each agent must have their own separate account. Sharing account access among multiple users requires explicit approval from our management team. Contact us to discuss multi-user arrangements for your organization.
How do you protect tenant privacy?
Tenant data is only visible to authorized property owners/agents during active rental periods plus 2 weeks after lease end. We never make tenant information publicly accessible and use end-to-end encryption for all data. Read our Privacy Policy.
What happens if fraudulent reviews are detected?
Our anti-fraud system automatically detects violations, and we may request proof of rental transactions. Accounts with false reviews are immediately blocked and service is terminated without refund. We maintain zero tolerance for fraudulent activity.
